David M. Piccolo
Dr. David M. Piccolo was born in New Providence, N.J. At the age of eight his family moved to Daytona Beach, Florida where he received all of his formative schooling and earned a scholarship to play basketball to what is now Daytona State College. After earning his AA Degree he went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Education from The University of Central Florida. He entered his career in 1980 as a teacher and coach until 1992 when he was asked to become The Dean of Students at a high school in Orlando, Florida. He then went on to complete his Master's Degree in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University thus opening the door for other leadership opportunities such as Assistant Principal, Principal and Superintendent. He completed both his specialist and Doctorate Degrees in Leadership in 2005. He is currently leading a private school here in Charleston with full financial, personnel and academic responsibilities. He is also an Adjunct Professor, most recently at Southern Wesleyan University, teaching in the field of Policy and Ethics and Organizational Development. We would be remiss not to mention that he is married to his lovely wife, Sherry and they have three beautiful daughters, Olivia, Camille and Jackie. Dr. Piccolo is also an Ordained Minister serving the Mount Pleasant area through First Baptist Church. His passion is assisting others in their quest for leadership greatness.

Peter Schettini
Pietro (Peter) Schettini is a Partner for, New York Life Securities, a Fortune 500 Company in Charleston, South Carolina. The firm that is 172 years old and helps businesses, individuals and families protect their loved ones, assets and plan better for retirement. Pietro in his 30 years of sales and coaching experience has become passionate about teaching many sales professionals the art and science of selling. In the last 20 years he has coached and mentored many people to be the best in the sales profession while growing personally and financially. He worked for Torchmark Corporation 20 years providing Health Care solutions to Americans and now for the last 5 years he has been with NYL Securities teaching strategic concepts on how to protect and grow their assets. He believes and works every day on becoming a better person, professional, spouse and father. Pietro is passionate about living a balanced life. His mission is to develop hardworking talent and professionals. Pietro knew early on as he was growing up, that he was gifted with Sales and Leadership skills. He was born in Quito Ecuador, grew up in New Jersey, returned to Quito to finish High School at Cardinal Spellman. Later he attended Miami Dade University to study sales, marketing and merchandising. Met his wife Tania, moved to Charlotte, NC where he started his career in sales with the Torchmark Corporation. Tania and Peter have been married for 25 years now and have three incredible children: Natasha Rebecca 24, Dominick Pietro 19 and Isabella Nicole 15. The Schettinis enjoy their work and life balanced lifestyle on Daniel Island, South Carolina.
